Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
1/4 pound (4 ounces) Velveeta cheese, cut up into squares (we tried shredded cheddar once, and its not as good, wasn't creamy enough)
1. Wash the potatoes, poke holes in them all over with a fork and microwave them until soft (usually about 20 minutes, I flip them over half way through). Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shell.
2. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; mash until fluffy. Stir Velveeta into potato mixture. Spoon into shells, gently mashing to fill shells.
3. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 20 Minutes. Do not cover.
I need a picture. I'll try to remember to take one next time I make them and add it to this post.

Those sound real good. I'll have to give them a try.
WOW... these sound wonderful! I have had something like this, but never with the Velveeta.
I've also never made them, but with this recipe, I could see myself doing it. Thanks!
